sujaysen, pleases don't forget to flag incorrect answers. You have been informed several times.

@jay901,

Please remember that 'to err is human' (because all human beings make mistakes). Perhaps you have noticed that I am consistently flagging the incorrect, inappropriate answers in the archive. This was my mistake because I have overlooked it.

Yesterday, I was also commented in one answer that you were also overlooked to flag one comment. One duplicate answer was posted there as a comment. So, we all do mistake. No one can be 100% perfect for ever.

I know that I should flag the incorrect, inappropriate answers and comments and I am always doing so. So, please do not remind me for several times. If anything is mistakenly overlooked please flag it.

jay901, sujaysen is right. If something has been overlooked by an expert or a moderator once or twice you can just flag it and there is no need for several reminders.

I agree with Sujaysen. I have seen him mostly flagging incorrect answers. I don't think we should have problems with occassional mistakes. Not unless it's done consistently and in a regular basis.

If we see an answer that is not flagged, we should not assume that the expert is neglecting his/her duties. We should observe first.

@jeifunk and @andrewpallarca,

Thank you both for understanding the matter. By the way, it has slowed down my working speed. Anyway let us work together.

@jay901,

Please understand my unintentional mistake.

Sujaysen, maybe I didn't noticed that you are now consistently flagging incorrect answers. You do have a habit of not flagging them.
Added 1/27/2014 11:45:57 AM
And, jeifunk, you have a habit of not listening to reminders. If it was an expert, I would have given him/her a warning. I was being lenient on you because you are a moderator.

sujaysen, I understand your unintentional mistake.

jay, let me correct that.

You said, "You do have a habit of not flagging them."

Di you mean, "You did have a habit of not flagging them"?

I don't think sujaysen has a habit of not flagging incorrect answers. Maybe he was before, but anyone can notice that he has changed.

The point here is that you don't have to comment on such unintentional and occassional mistakes.

@andrewpallarca, thank you for pointing out that meaning.

@jay901,

You said to @jeifunk "If it was an expert, I would have given him/her a warning. I was being lenient on you because you are a moderator."

All moderators are experts as well. So, if something you found wrong, you are judging as whether he/she is an expert or moderator. It looks that you are doing partiality according to expert's status. Priority and partiality is totally different and it cannot be expected.

Although I am an general expert, I respect you. But I felt me something different.

What I meant was sujaysen did have a habit of not flagging incorrect answers in the past. Maybe, I didn't noticed that he have changed. It's great that he have changed now.

sujaysen, you are taking this conversation in the wrong way. The thing is, it's not easy as a moderator to make decisions. And, you are right, I shouldn't be lenient towards a moderator or an expert.
Added 1/27/2014 12:31:22 PM
jay901, If you have personal issues with me, you can message me on my feed and not on a conversation. Please do not be rude and be professional.

@jay901,

Thank you for your understanding. You are welcome.

I would normally agree that we shouldn't be lenient to moderators but right now I think there should be some leniency. Moderators have a lot more responsibility right now and a lot to learn. My points are lower this month because I am spending a huge amount of time editing answers that other moderators have already confirmed. I am not giving reminders or warnings as I know it is all new and we are working as a team.
The new technology is a bit overwhelming to me and I expect I will make some mistakes too. I would like to hope for a little bit of understanding. Of course if I am blatantly ignoring the rules on a regular basis I would expect to be warned.
I think any more personal issues should be taken to individual feeds though, and not posted in the archive. It is unprofessional.

@debnjerry, thanks a lot.

jeifunk, I don't have any personal issues with anyone. And, I don't find anything rude in my comments. It's weird that you are saying I'm not being professional. I'm being as professional as I can be. You are the one who first started this when you first commented in this conversation. I didn't gave you a reminder just for a couple of simple mistakes. I hope this conversation is over. I don't want to argue anymore.
