(5x – 3.6) – (4x + 1.2)

= 5x - 3.6 - 4x - 1.2

= 5x - 4x - 3.6 - 1.2

= x - 4.8

(3x^2 + 3x) + (4x + 4)

= 3x^2 + 3x + 4x + 4;

= 3x^2 + 7x + 4

= (6x^2/3x+2) - (25x/3x+2) - (10/3x+2)
