Janet, when there is unnecessary information preceding a question, it should be deleted. "mark for review", "question number" etc.

OK. I didn't know we had specifically been asked to do this. I often delete "How are you" etc. if it precedes the actual question, so that the question itself will appear in the archive. I'll delete these other details from now on.

It just will be more streamlined in the archive and less confusing. It should also help in matching the question with the auto-answer if it comes up in the future.
