Weegy: Air, indeed all fluids, will flow from a high pressure area to a low pressure one. This can be easily remembered with the phrase: "Winds blow from high to low!" On a weather map, lines called isobars join up areas where the pressure is the same. [ They are lines of constant pressure. Because isobars are usually placed on the map at fixed intervals, the closer together they are, the steeper the pressure drop and the more windy it will be. ]
