The product of the roots of the equation x ^2 + x = 2 is -2.
x^2 + x = 2
(x + 1/2)^2 - 1/4 = 2
(x + 1/2)^2 = 9/4
x + 1/2 = ±3/2
x = ±3/2 - 1/2
x = -2 , or x = 1
-2*1 = -2
