User: 5/2a*3/a

Weegy: Solution: 2a(a - 5) + 4(a - 5) Now distribute 2a and 4 2a^2 - 10a + 4a - 20 Now combine like terms 2a^2 - 6a - 20 Now you have to factor and this is a different kind of factoring because a^2 has a coefficient of more than one 2a^2 + 4a - 10a - [ 20 Now factor 2a (a + 2) 10 (a + 2) Now make them into two groups (2a - 10) (a + 2) Solve for a Solutions: 5, -2 ]

5/(2a) * 3/a = (5*3)/(2a*a) = 15/(2a^2)
I unflagged your answer since i realized that you did it by taking 5/2a as (5/2)a or 5a/2, didnt you?
