User: What is a router?

Weegy: Ok, this will cost a little money but it is worth it. The people who make the ipod make a wireless router set that is expandably and you can use it to share printers and even speakers to. [ What you will need is an airport extreme base station with 1-3 airport expresses that will extend the range. The airport expresses can be used as wireless relays to relay your signal over long distances up to 300 ft. This is also a good way to share other devices. visit apple.com and look at the airport extreme base station as well as an airport express base station or note it is an apple product but it works great with pcs
