Any driver who is stopped by a law-enforcement officer and found to have a breath or blood alcohol level of .08 or higher will, at the time of arrest, have their driving privilege suspended for a period of 6 months for a first offense or for a period of 1 year if his or her driving privilege has been previously suspended.
