User: what is bacteria

Weegy: Mycoplasma pneumonia - Causes "Walking Pneumonia", interesting in that it's the only bacteria that does not have a cell wall. Staphylococcus aureus - When resistent to anti-biotics, cause the MRSA virus, [ which can become the "Flesh eating bacteria" Steptococcus pyogenes - A Beta Hemolytic Bacteria which causes Strep infections, especially Strep throat. Pseudomonas aeroginosa - A water-loving bacteria that causes middle ear infections. Escerichia coli - or E-Coli. A bacteria naturally present in our digestive systems, that is generally helpful. It aids in digestion, and produces Vitamin K. When it is misplaced, ie, during surgery, into other areas, it causes infection, and when ingested, ie from meat, especially cows who have been fed anti-biotics, it can cause severe gastro-intestinal illnesses.

User: what is a transformer

Weegy: The taps for adjusting the outgoing voltage, there are usually 3 or 4 settings. If for instance you have a 415v/120v transformer and you apply 415v, you will get 120v out of it. [ If you only apply 400v you will get proportionally less so you adjust the taps down on the incoming side and gives an increased output to put you back to 120v. The taps are usualy + or - 5% and 10%
