Why do you believe that people fear the idea of completing their own taxes?
because they don't want to pay for it. They don't realize that it will eventually go back to them because of tax returns

I believe that people fear the idea of completing their own taxes because the forms are complicated and time-consuming to fill in, mistakes can be penalized with fines, and if you get your calculations wrong you could end up paying more tax than you really owe.
