if you suffering stress during working hour. just ralax and drink a cup of warm water, to give extra relaxationg on your feeling. and avoid negative thought. fucus on what your doing. and remember, your are working just because you have goal.

Stress is a part of our daily lives and sometimes its hard to handle. But one thing that can help to reduce stress is to have Acceptance and Calmness through meditation and relaxation of mind. And I do believe that being grateful in every little thing that comes in your life will surely reduces your stress level.

I used to stress a lot before especially thinking about things that are not yet to come. But I found a best way to relieve stress and how handle things or situation that leading me to stress, it is meditating God's word through reading Bible and praying. It gives me peace knowing that God will take good care about the things that I usually got stress to. That's why for me, trusting God and letting His will be done in our life is the best way to fight or reduce stress. :)
