what is the difference between taking pills while eating ,and after eating?
empty stomach has hcl which is an acid if u have the pills in empty stomach the action of the pills may vary... so while having food this acid was diluted and the pills was fully metabolised and shows its maximum activity... [ taking only pills may cause ulcers or mouth ulcers do to it high dosage. ]

As a general rule you should take medicine on an empty stomach (one hour before eating or 2 hours after). This is because many medicines can be affected by what you eat and when you eat it.
