Congnitive motivation is motivation not based on human basic needs, but for an enjoyment factor, it is sacrificial. To be congnitively motivated, people will work hard and sacrifice their needs. [ Some companies might take advantage of this, leading to burn out in the worker, but, giving more than 100% to help and assist others is a virtue. ]
