I wnat to know the difference between prime minister and president

Question and answer

A prime minister is not the head of state, whereas a president is. [ Depending on how the country is run/set up the power could rest with either. So in UK the Queen is head of state but Prime Minister runs country, in USA President runs country, in Russia President used to run country, now he is Prime Minister he still runs it. ]
