Given equation:
2x + 3y = 12
Solve for y
3y = 12 - 2x
y = -2/3x + 4
So, slope (m) = -2/3 and y-intercept (b) = 4
Find intercepts
x-intercept: set y = 0
2x = 12 x = 6
y-intercept: set x = 0
3y = 12 y = 4
Intercepts: (6, 0) and (0, 4)
