If you are one of those individuals who really prefers to work alone, how did you manage to be a contributing member of the team process?
I would sit for a team meeting and ask my role in the team. After my role being defined I would start working on that alone and then submit to the team leader when when it is finished. [ And for the shake of the team I would change myself a littlle to adjust myself in a team work environment as well ]
