x + 3 = 0;
x = -3;

3x - 5 = 0;
3x = 5;
x = 5/3;

x = {-3, 5/3}

1-9/10x = 8/5;
-9/10x = 8/5 - 1;
-9/10x = 3/5;
x = (3/5)/(-9/10);
x = 30/-45;
x = -2/3

6(x+5)= 7[x-(3-x)]

6x + 30 = 7(x - 3 + x)

6x + 30 = 7(2x -3);

6x + 30 = 14x -21;

30 + 21 = 14x - 6x;

51 = 8x;

x = 51/8
