Weegy: Original jurisdiction means that the court has the right to see the case first. Appellate jurisdiction means that the court has the right to see cases on appeal. [ Cases on appeal can only be seen if the person being charged claims that something was unconstitutional or did not follow the rules of proper accusation in their trial. This is how some guilty criminals get let go. ]

Weegy: As an object?s temperature increases, the faster its constituent particles move at which it radiates energy increases. All macroscopic objects?fires, ice cubes, people, stars?emit radiation at all times, regardless of their size, shape, [ or chemical composition. They radiate mainly because the microscopic charged particles they are made up of are in constantly varying random motion, and whenever charges change their state of motion, electromagnetic radiation is emitted. The temperature of an object is a direct measure of the amount of microscopic motion within it. The hotter the object?that is, the higher its temperature?the faster its constituent particles move and the more energy they radiate. ] User:    6.  When a person plucks a guitar string, the number of half wavelengths that fit into the length of the string determines the ____________________ of the sound produced.       Weegy: pitch or frequency (More)
