User: i really dont know how to prove congruent triangles someone help!

Weegy: Triangles are congruent when all corresponding sides and interior angles are congruent. The triangles will have the same shape and size, but one may be a mirror image of the other. [ check for proving this. ]

You can prove triangles are congruent by showing they have equal sides and/or angles using rules like SSS, SAS, ASA, AAS, or HL.
