The equation of a circle whose center is at the origin and contains the point (2, 3) is x^2 + y^2 = r^2 where r is the radius of the circle. Since the point (2, 3) is on the circle, so, 2^2 + 3^2 = r^2 = 13
The equation of the circle is x^2 + y^2 = 13
