my opinion no a person that drink and drive He/she is trying to kill someone in an accident they no they are drunk before they start to drive. so this is degenerately the drunk driver has not through out his/her action do you drive or get someone to drive you,the driver does not focus on what is good or what is justice he or she know the rules but brake them any way because of the drinking,if you were in rainy weather and did not slow down you are trying to kill some and yourself I think this is deliberate also you are not thinking of the consequence of their action.
