my cat gave birth to 3 live kittens this morning and one dead one that wasn't completely formed. One of the live ones is a runt. The mom is having nothing at all to do with the kittens and still looks like pregnant. Is it possible that she could deliver more kittens and that is the reason she is rejecting the others?
I would keep a close eye on the cat as she could be ill. If she does not clean her kittens and allow them to feed, she could have a health care problem and need to see the Vet. Usually kittens arrive 2-6 hours apart and no more.
