Weegy: Yes, I've encountered that to some of the articles I've read. It's confusing sometimes, or the story is hanging or it ends up I don't want to read it up until the end as I am lost and can't understand the thought of the story or paragraph.

Leaving out the subject line of an email can create ambiguity and may result in the recipient overlooking or misunderstanding the email's purpose. While it doesn't entirely equate to omitting a topic sentence in a paper, it does share the commonality of hindering clarity.
