= (28 - (-28)) / 49

= 56/49

= 8/7

= 1 1/7

For the given equation, y = 4|x| - 1, 7 is the value of y for x = 2.

When x = 2

y = 4*|x| - 1

y = 4*2 - 1

y = 8 - 1

y = 7

When x = 2

y = 4*|x| - 1

y = 4*2 - 1

y = 8 - 1

y = 7
