It’s Description because problem and solution just states an issue and how it’s solved. It doesn’t work in details. Sequence wouldn’t work either because it just says the order of the events, it’s now well described. And cause and effect is just a result to an action. So, description is left. Description gives a lot of detail.

A traditional line organizational structure is truly the place to start for most companies, especially the smaller ones that don’t necessarily comprise a vast number of departments or require a major number of links in the chain of command/communication.

For thoroughly explaining the details of an event, a chronological or sequential organizational structure would work best. This structure allows you to present information in the order in which it occurred, providing a clear and logical progression of events.
Here's an example of how you can structure your explanation using a chronological approach:
Introduction: Provide a brief overview of the event, its purpose, and significance.
Background: Set the context by explaining the factors leading up to the event. This could include any relevant historical, social, or cultural information.
Pre-event Preparation: Describe the steps taken before the event, such as planning, logistics, and coordination. Highlight any key decisions or considerations made during this phase.
Event Timeline: Present a detailed timeline of the event, starting from the beginning and progressing through each significant phase or activity. Include specific dates, times, and locations as applicable. Break down the event into manageable sections, such as:
a. Opening Ceremony: Describe the kickoff of the event, any speeches, performances, or rituals that took place.
b. Main Activities: Outline the main components of the event, such as presentations, workshops, performances, or competitions. Provide details on each activity, including the topics, participants, and any noteworthy moments.
c. Breaks and Intermissions: Mention any scheduled breaks or intermissions, along with their purpose and duration.
d. Closing Ceremony: Explain the concluding segment of the event, including any acknowledgments, awards, or closing remarks.
Special Features: Highlight any unique or notable features of the event, such as guest speakers, special exhibits, or interactive elements.
Attendee Experience: Discuss the overall experience for the attendees, including their feedback, reactions, and any notable interactions or observations.
Key Outcomes and Achievements: Summarize the significant outcomes or achievements resulting from the event. This could include new knowledge gained, collaborations formed, records broken, or impact on the community.
Conclusion: Wrap up your explanation by reiterating the importance of the event and its impact. Mention any future plans or follow-up actions related to the event.
By following a chronological structure, you can effectively present the event's details in a logical sequence, ensuring that readers or listeners can easily follow the progression of activities and understand the event as a whole.
