Weegy: Presonnel issues such as hiring and firing, and disciplinary matters should not be delegated as they could cause problems within the staff unit and the same-level employees may not be counted on to be unbiased. [ Managers should not delegate tasks that employees are not qualified to do, such as accounting, electrical, anything that could lead to a lawsuit if completed by somebody who does not have the qualifications/licenses. Managers should also not delegate anything from upper management that upper management expects the middle manager to complete himself. The middle-manager is ultimately responsible for the outcome and is putting his own career in jeopardy by passing the buck. ] User: The reason for not delegating tasks like Performance Reviews; Strategic Planning and Employee discipline is not ever manage by fear.
