1/3y = 2/3 - 10;

1/3y = 2/3 - 30/3;

1/3y = -28/3;

y = -28/3 ÷ 1/3;

y = -28/3 * 3;

y = -84/3;

y = -28

1/3y = 2/3 - 10;

1/3y = 2/3 - 30/3;

1/3y = -28/3;

y = -28/3 ÷ 1/3;

y = -28/3 * 3;

y = -84/3;

y = -28
