Is it important for a business to understandcustomers needs/requirements as these relate to the marketing?
Yes, I think it is very important for a business to understand their customers. If you don't communicate with your customers how do you know what they need or want? Try asking the customer and build a better customer relationship in your business. [ If you want to know the problem, go to the source. Source(s): My source is based on personal experience. I have been in several situations where the business didn't know about their own products or how to treat the questions their customers asked. ]
