Question and answer
How were German Americans treated by other Americans during World War I and World War II? How were Japanese Americans treated during World War II? Why was this treatment considered justifiable at this time? Why wouldn't it be considered justifiable now?
not as bad the japanese americans were treated. They were discriminated before the war, Pearl Harbor just give the people more reason to hate them. FDR pass order 9066 to sent them to internment camps. [ Its like...err like i history teacher said: Good prison, just surrounded my barbed wire fence and armed guards. Its wasn't a death camp, they're weren't force to work, they have school, they were well feed and supplied by the government, its good prison, or a fence up community ]

Here's how were German Americans treated by other Americans during World War I and World War II, German Americans faced discrimination and suspicion from other Americans due to their perceived association with the enemy. During World War I, German Americans were subject to suspicion, harassment, and violence. German language newspapers, schools, and churches were shut down, and many German Americans were forced to buy war bonds to show their loyalty.

And here's how were Japanese Americans treated during World War II, Japanese Americans faced even more severe treatment. After the attack on Pearl Harbor by Japanese aircraft on December 7, 1941, the U.S. government forcibly relocated thousands of Japanese Americans to detention camps. The internment of Japanese Americans is now considered one of the most atrocious violations of American civil rights in the 20th century.

Here's why was this treatment considered justifiable at the time, this treatment of German and Japanese Americans was considered justifiable by some due to fear and suspicion fueled by war hysteria and propaganda.

Lastly, here's why wouldn’t it be considered justifiable now: Today, such treatment would not be considered justifiable because it goes against the fundamental principles of equality and justice that are enshrined in our society.
