Yellow Ribbon Publishing Co.

Dear Mr. Hams,
As a member of the implementation team, I would like to update you on the status of the printing press conversion project. As you know, we realized last year that our printing presses needed to be modernized in order to compete with the growing off-shore publishing houses. The new units will allow us to lower our prices and decrease the turn-around time for the client, thus increasing our profits. We anticipate that within the next thirty days, the company will be able to
begin 100% of all printing on the newly installed presses.
I would like to thank you for your continued support of this risky but necessary project.
Sincerely,
Marsha Waverly
Project Manager
