User: President wilson's programe for peace

Weegy: President Wilson's plan for peace was based on his political principals and ideas summarized in his 14 points. [ He was a fervent idealistic internationalist and believed in the idea of a League of nations to preserve peace and settle disputes. Here is the text of the 14 points: If Germany accepted the points, he would accept a seperate peace with them if the French and British refused it. Obviously, the British and French, with their entire colonial empire hardly found it acceptable to them but had no choice but to accept it. Wilson's American army was the most numerous and without it, the 2 were not capable of beating Germany. ]
