x^2 – 12 = -4x

x^2 -12 + 4x = 0

x^2 + 6x -2x -12 = 0

( x + 6) ( x - 2) = 0

x^2 -12 + 4x = 0

x^2 + 6x -2x -12 = 0

( x + 6) ( x - 2) = 0

(3x^2 + 3x) + (4x + 4)

= 3x^2 + 3x + 4x + 4;

= 3x^2 + 7x + 4

= 3x^2 + 3x + 4x + 4;

= 3x^2 + 7x + 4
