Weegy: In order to change a locked document in Word, you must have activated your Word program.

User: yes i haev

Weegy: The only way to change it then is to copy/paste into another program like notepad.

To edit a locked Word document, try selecting "Review" > "Restrict Editing" > "Stop Protection" (if you know the password) or copy the content into a new document if allowed.
