2(5m + 4) = 2(3m - 10)

10m + 8 = 6m - 20

10m - 6m = -20 - 8

4m = -28

m = -28/4

m = -7

4(2x - 7) = 36

8x -28 = 36

8x = 36 + 28

8x = 64

x = 64/8

x = 8

0.7(6 - 0.3n) = -2.1

4.2 - 0.21n = -2.1

4.2 + 2.1 = 0.21n

0.21n = 6.3

n = 6.3/0.21

n = 30
