-4x + y = -2

y = -6x - 5

-4x + (-6x - 5) = -2

-4x - 6x - 5 = -2

-10x - 5 = -2

-10x = -2 + 5

-10x = 3

x = 3/-10

x = -3/10

y = -6x - 5

-4x + (-6x - 5) = -2

-4x - 6x - 5 = -2

-10x - 5 = -2

-10x = -2 + 5

-10x = 3

x = 3/-10

x = -3/10
