(x^2-4)/(x^2+5x+6)

= (x+2)(x-2)/(x+2)(x+3)

= (x-2)/(x+3) where x can not be -2 or -3.

= (x+2)(x-2)/(x+2)(x+3)

= (x-2)/(x+3) where x can not be -2 or -3.
