User: What is the different between top-up and weerkender contract

Weegy: You're smart. If you're not careful with Virgin Mobile, they will mess up the charging. The best way to buy anything on Virgin Mobile is with topup cards. [ Texting is $5 a month for 200 texts if you order a pay as you go minute pack of at least 200 minutes which costs $20. OR $5 for a 1000 texts if you buy the monthly plan which starts at $29.99 for 300 anytime and 1000 night/weekend minutes. You CAN'T buy a $5 text pack by itself without one or the other talk plan. You CAN buy the TEXTER's Delight messaging only/text package without any talk plan for 14.99 for 1000 text/picture/video/instant messaging and email or 19.99 for Unlimited messaging for one month. Don't let the topup cards confuse you. Ignore the minutes written on them. Just pay attention to how many dollars it is worth, either $20 or 30 or 50. Forget about the minutes written on there. Think only of the dollar amounts. That will make it easier. When you sign onto Virgin Mobile and activate your phone. Go Slow, to your account. Check your features. Make sure you check off what you want whether it's a text package, talk or internet. If you don't they will charge you 20 cents a minute for talking, 15 cents a text and 1.50 a meg for internet for 24 hours everytime you use it. A plan will save you money. Read the available plans on the website and choose carefully. Never pay with a credit card/debit card or paypal. Virgin Mobile is known for overcharging. Only use topup cards that are a few dollars more then what you need. If you need 22 dollars worth of stuff, get a 30 dollar card and so on, just in case for taxes and extras. If you text more then you talk, I'd buy a $30 card. Buy the Unlimited Texter'd delight for 19.99 plus tax for a month and have nearly $10 leftover on the account. They will charge you 10 cents a minute for every minute you talk. That is half of their regular ratel. Good luck. ]

A top-up contract typically refers to an agreement where additional services or credits are added to an existing plan, while a weekender contract usually refers to a short-term rental or service agreement that is active for weekends only.
