Weegy: In order to add fractions, you need to find the lowest common denominator. 1/6 would then become 2/12. 1/3 would then be expressed as 4/12. 1/4 would then be expressed as 3/12. The resulting equation is 2/12 + 4/12 + 3/12. [ The result is 9/12, which can also be expressed as 3/4. ]
