Using multiplication princple, the answer for -4/7x=12/35 is x= -3/5.
-4/7x=12/35
x=12/35 ÷ (-4/7)
x=12/35*(-7/4)
x=-12*7/35*4
x=-3/5.
X is a variable , -4/7 is coefficient.
