I need to make a Triple Batch of this recipe:• ½ Cup mango chutney
• ¼ Cup bottled chili sauce
• 2 Tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
• 1 ½ Teaspoons grated fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 12 Chicken thighs, skin removed (about 4 pounds)
1 1/2 cups mango chutney, 3/4 chili sauce, 6 T tapioca, 4 1/2 tsp ginger(fresh) or 1 1/2 tsp ground giner, 36 chicken thighs, about 12 lbs.
