Question and answer
If it is 4pm in London what time will it be in mexico city?
They are 14 hours ahead now, but when day light savings arrives it's 13 hours ahead because they do not recognize the change in time. so if it's 10:00 am here...It's 12:00 midnight there until daylight savings arrives here. [ ]

If it is 4pm in London during GMT, Mexico City would be 10am in CST. However, if London is observing BST, which is one hour ahead of GMT, then Mexico City would be 11am in CDT.
