The center of a circle is at the origin. An endpoint of a diameter of the circle is at (-3, -4). The radius of the circle is the distance between the points (-3, -4) and the origin (0, 0) which is radius = sqrt (3^2 + 4^2) = 5. The diameter of the circle = 2(5) = 10

-x^2 + 25 - 7 = 0
-x^2 + 18 = 0 which is the general form of the equation.
