The width of the border tiles in this installation will be 9.25 feet.
18'6" + 2x = 18'6"*2
18'6" = 18 + (6/12) = 18.5 feet.

18.5 + 2x = 18.5*2
2x = 37 - 18.5
2x = 18.5
x = 18.5/2
x = 9.25
