what factors such as diversity, attitude, learning, and work styles affects collarabtion
Collaboration is working together to achieve a goal. Diversity of work makes it hard to achieve the goal again diversity in worker sometimes help reach the goal as different people have different thoughts and specialty. [ Same thing is applicable for people attitude and style to work. Different attitude sometimes hamper the smooth progress sometimes brings in new path and new thought. Learning is very important for collaboration. It increase the work efficiency and everyone learn new thing while coloborating. ]
