The conic section for the equation 4x^2 + 4(y^2 - 4) = 0 is circle.
4x^2 + 4(y^2 - 4) = 0
4x^2 + 4y^2 - 16 = 0
4x^2 + 4y^2 = 16
x^2 + y^2 = 4 which is the equation for a circle with center (0, 0) and radius 2.

The section for the equation 16x^2 - 300 - 25y^2 = 100 is hyperbola.
16x^2 - 300 - 25y^2 = 100
16x^2 - 25y^2 = 100 + 300
16x^2 - 25y^2 = 400
x^2/25 - y^2/16 = 1
