I can't find out where I received a few negative ratings. How do I contact Weegy at customer service anyone? I believe the negative ratings came from a fellow expert not appreciating another experts answer. Help? I am enjoying my Weegy and do not need someone acting petty to ruin it for me!

If you look at the commenters name it may let you go to their page unless they decide to keep themselves a secret so you won't know who they are.If you are good on computers you may can find out somehow.

hannasnow the person making comments in the archive often has nothing to do with who gave a negative rating. Negative ratings are when a user asks a question, doesn't like the answer and clicks bad. There is no way to tell if the question and rating came from another expert or a user. Everybody gets negative ratings, even sometimes when the answer is correct.
