this is worth repeating: there are a few users who are repeating the same comment "did that help?" or "thank you". comments should always be a specific response to the question. we've contacted these users directly and we will continue to monitor all comments.

A big AMEN to the above. Some people do need to exercise fairness and adapt an attitude of "correct behaviour."

I couldn't agree more with all of the statements above. It is ridiculous and quite honestly makes me mad. There are those of us who have been here since the beginning and do things the right way only to have to watch this type of behaviour go uncorrected.

Just wondering when people leave comments that are not valid, like repeating a comment somebody has already made or just asking what is your question and things like that, do they keep the points?
