Yeah on the message boards tons of folks have asked me about it. I just let them know that this is a glitch that happens from time to time.

I created an account yesterday, was able to log ion for a little while. Was not able to log in, at all, today. did not hear back from support, so, I just created a new account. So far, it seems to be working correctly.

Thanks for the fix. The updates have been working much better the last few days and coming alot quicker.

Mu account is not updating. I have answered six questions, and I only show having answering two. Please help. Thank you!

I have answered a few questions this evening, but the chat window is disappearing. I enter my response, hit enter, and instead of seeing my response in the chat window, the window disappears. Please advise.

I was just looking over my account stats., and noticed they are all off. Not only the stats that I mentioned above, but also the referral stats. I show as having two referrals, but the payment line shows 0. I don't mean to be nagging about the problem - just want to provide as much info. as possible, to help find a solution.

Well unless you have paying referrals your payment line will be 0. We do not get paid for regular free referrals. They go towards points which is 20 points for each referral. HTH's. Also sometimes when the chat box closes out it is because the user has chosen to end the conversation. Sometimes it can take a day or a few days for your account to update. Believe me it will, but it might be slow in coming. The folks at Weegy are great with their communication and have always treated me fairly. I have almost been with them for a year now. :)

No problem. I've been out of town so I couldn't be on here lately. It is a great place to work. They are still working out the kinks, but believe me you will get caught up eventually. :)

There is no weegy message board, but there are plenty of threads over at www.workplacelikehome.com and www.wahm.com. We all try to keep eachother updated on how the site is going.

"This happens all the time. There are times when the stats don't update for over a week :( I don't know if there is a glitch in the system or what, but it just happens. Don't worry they will update and be correct :)

I think everyone is experiencing this issue right now. Mine updated a little while ago, but they are not where they should be.

My stats are finally catching up. They are still a little off, but closer than they have ever been. That is great!

It is great to know that Weegy cares about it's website, users, and experts enough to maintain the site for glitches and other issues. Glad everything is fixed!

Still seems like this issue is around. My account hasn't updated since 8-31-09.

My account has not been updated since 8-31-09 as well. It is a little frustrating as i have answered a lot of questions and would love to know what my stats are. I hope they will be updated soon!!! :)

So we haven"t been allowed on weegy for over three days and now we just got back on and things are still not updated!! What gives?
