Do you think blogging and the increased exposure to informal writing has an effect on students’ academic writing quality? Explain your answer.
Weegy: Yes, people get used to short forms and informal writing and it is hard to keep on top of grammar and spelling. [ Students are spending more time blogging nad texting than they are doing academic writing so it stands to reason this will show through on their academic papers. I have seen papers with LOL in them, seriously. It is easier to remember proper spelling, grammar and punctuation when they are habit and used all of the time. ] (More)
