AllPsychologyCareers.com says, "The life stage called early adulthood defines individuals between the ages of 20 and 35, who are typically vibrant, active and healthy, and are focused on friendships, romance, child bearing and careers." And I've found various definitions of "early adulthood," so I'd have to choose Age 18-30 from the list given here.
